Free Breathwork Challenge

Every month I run a free challenge at the beginning of the month, followed by guided journalling session, the week after the challenge. This helps you to keep growing and learning about yourself and what helps you the best. Last month our challenge was Get Shit Done, helping with our organisation and this week we are working on breathwork to help us feel more calm. We will feel overwhelmed at some-point in our lives, and that is ok, if you know how to deal with it. Breathing is one of the quickest ways to get our heart-rate back down, and to feel back in control of our lives.
